District and Division Deaf associations of Uttar Pradesh can apply.
After you apply, AUPAD will check your application. Only AUPAD can approve an affiliation. Being listed in the directory is not an approval.
How to Apply
Follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Fill in the form.
Step 2: Upload the Society Registration Certificate.
Step 3: Pay the affiliation fee (when online payment is open).
Step 4: AUPAD will check your application.
Step 5: You will get an email with the decision.
Applying does not make you an AUPAD unit. Only AUPAD can approve affiliation.
