When your registration is approved, we email your ticket and invoice.

Use your secure link to see your status and download your ticket.
Step 6Show your ticket
Show the ticket QR code at the entrance on 12 December 2026.

Our finance team checks your payment. Then your registration is approved.

We email your PDF ticket and PDF invoice. You can also download them with your secure link.
3. Entry
Show your ticket QR code at the entrance. Staff will scan it. Each QR code works only once.
Bring with you on 12 December
- Your ticket QR code, on your phone or printed
- A photo ID with the same name as your ticket
One ticket is for one person. Do not share your QR code.
