How to register

1. Scan the official QR code and pay ₹600
2. Take a screenshot of your payment
3. Find your payment reference number (UTR)
4. Fill in this form and upload the screenshot
5. We check your payment, then email your ticket

Fields marked * are required.

Step 2 — Your details

Full name * Write your name as on your ID.

Mobile number * 10 digits. Example: 9876543210

Email address * We send your ticket to this email.

UDID number (optional) Unique Disability ID number. Leave empty if you do not have one.

District * Start typing to see districts.

Division (optional) Example: Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi.

State * Uttar Pradesh

Step 3 — Payment proof

Upload your payment screenshot. Enter your payment reference number (UTR).

Payment screenshot * Choose the screenshot from your photos or files. JPG, PNG or WEBP image, up to 5 MB. Videos are not accepted.

Payment reference number (UTR) * UTR is your payment reference number. You can find it in your UPI or banking app.
