1. Conference registration
Registration fees are non-refundable after payment and registration submission, except where required by applicable law or if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
If the organiser cancels the event, every participant gets a full refund.
2. Donations
Donations are voluntary and are not refunded, because they are used for our work.
3. Mistakes we always fix
- You paid two times for the same registration or donation.
- You paid more than the correct amount.
- Money was taken from your bank but the payment failed.
Tell us within 7 days of the payment (WhatsApp or email on the Contact Us page). Send the UTR / transaction ID.
4. How and when
An approved refund goes back to the same account or UPI ID that paid, within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days.
5. Cancelling a registration
You may cancel your registration by WhatsApp or email. The fee is not refunded (see point 1).
